The Orgasm Project is a personal project aiming to contribute to normalizing female sexuality. The project is presented as a collection of five abstract and colorful art prints, created using spectrograms of real female orgasms. I have used real recordings of real female orgasms, recorded by people I know.
A spectrogram is a visual representation of the strength or volume of a signal or a sound. It allows you to see the level of energy and how the energy varies over time.
My my most recent project, "I Meant Everything I Said, Except Sorry: The Gaslighting Project" is created using manipulated brain scans of the human brain.
